Miriam and Menachem Mehadipur are living in the artist quarter of Safed. A small town situated in the midst of the peaceful mountain landscape of the Galil region of Israel.
Miriam is a painter, who paints in oil and acrylic on canvas and wood.  She also works oil pastel, pastel and ink among her techniques. Her frames are hand painted with great lyrical detail.  

Her style is exclusively original. Biblical themes, primordial landscapes, and the lost paradise of Adam and Eve are favorite themes in her work. Some may consider her work Judaic art.
 
Menachem creates artistic design, and works primarily in wood. Lately, he dedicates himself exclusively making beautiful hand carved frames for Miriam's art. The harmony and joy of working together as a couple manifests itself in the Mehadipur works.
